This Lazy Cat Cake is the ultimate no-bake indulgence! With its rich, creamy layers and a satisfying crunch, it’s an effortless dessert that looks impressive but is surprisingly easy to make. Inspired by Ahmad Al Zamil’s viral creation, it’s perfect for gatherings or when you want to treat yourself 😉 Ingredients: Chocolate Cake: Store-bought chocolate cake (sliced into layers) 1/2 cup milk (to moisten the cake) Cheesecake Cream Layer: 250g cream cheese (room temperature) 1 packet cream chanti powder 200ml cold milk 3 tbsp condensed milk (adjust to taste) Chocolate-Coated Rice Bubbles: 2 cups Rice Bubbles 180g melted milk chocolate 3 tbsp cocoa powder (or more for full coating) Ganache: 180g melted chocolate 170g reduced-fat cream (1 small tin) Method: 1. Moisten the Cake: * Place the first cake layer on your serving dish and pour 1/2 cup of milk over it. 2. Prepare the Cheesecake Cream: * Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add Chantilly cream powder, 200ml milk, and condensed milk. Whip again until stiff peaks form. Spread over the cake layer. 3. Make the Ganache: * Mix 180g melted chocolate with 170g reduced-fat cream until smooth. Pour over the cheesecake layer. 4. Coat the Rice Bubbles: * In a large container, pour 180g melted milk chocolate over 2 cups of Rice Bubbles. Close the lid and shake to coat. Add 3 tbsp cocoa powder, shake again until fully covered. 5. Finish the Cake: * Spread the chocolate-coated Rice Bubbles over the ganache layer. 6. Chill and Serve: * Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving (or enjoy immediately if you can’t wait!).
